All plain orders placed before 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

All plain products are stocked in our own warehouse, we don’t subcontract, so we are in total control.

You will receive an email notification when we process the completed order. Report We have completed your order and provided a courier tracking number. You can keep track of your shipping updates at any time.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days.

When will I receive tracking information:

A soon as your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number by email.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 48/72 business hours, please contact us!

Please note we can’t ship to armed forces (APO / FPO). 

Shipping Time:

US and Europe orders usually take between 7-14 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.

Worldwide orders take 15-20 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.

If you have more than one item, its very likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code.

Shipping is notified by email with a tracking number.  Delivery time count from the day that you receive the tracking number.

 SHIPPING/DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DELIVERY TIME

1.1 Final delivery time depend a lot of each country and city, we don’t guarantee an exactly day or time.

1.2 Delivery time is represented on business days. We don’t make refunds because shipping delays. 

1.3 All shiping times displayed on our website are estimated as AVG. 

2. DELIVERY 

2.1 In most of the cases delivery will be on customer address, however in some cases, depend of the local post mail, it may be required that customer have to pick up the packing on the near local post office.


2.2 Customs. Customs are customer reponsabilities. We don’t cover customs charges and we don’t make refunds because customer don’t solve customs procedures. 

2.3 Carrier company can just leave it on customer inbox, no signature is required. We don’t make refund if tracking code is showing as delivered and customer don’t have the items because was stolen.

3. SHIPPING

3.1 If an order contain more than one item, is probably tha we’ll ship it on differents packs, each pack will have a different tracking code.

3.2 We work with local post mails once the pack arrive to customer country to asure a free shipping service. 

4. TRACKING CODE

4.1 Tracking Codes are provided by email once product is taked by our shipping company. 

4.2 Tracking Codes are not updated on real time, and we can’t guaranty that they work properly all the time. We’ll do all possible to keep customer informed about the pack status.

Delivery of printed items

  • Over-Printed packaging is normally delivered from 7 working days from approval of proof.
  • Lithographic Printed packaging is normally delivered from 3-4 weeks from approval of proof.
  • Please note that all print deliveries can be subject to change during busy periods.

Bank holidays

  • Orders places during bank holidays will be despatched next working day for delivery the day after.
