Plain Order Returns

If when you receive your goods you want to exchange them, we will charge for the collection of the original products, the despatch of the new order and any difference of cost.

Print Order Returns

Overprinted goods cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an agreed printing fault outside the tolerance allowed for overprinted products. Should a printing error occur, uzbag’s liability will be limited to the replacement of the goods.

We will not be held responsible for a design error in a proof that has been approved by the buyer. Please note that uzbag is a short run supplier of overprinted bags, so we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

1.Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
Custom printed or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2.Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@uzbag.com or call our customer service at +1 518-882-8850 to request a return authorization.
Include Details: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).
Ship the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) and include your proof of purchase, then ship them to the address provided in the return authorization email.

3.Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Rejection: If the return is not approved due to the condition of the item(s) or other criteria not being met, we will notify you that the item(s) will be sent back to you.

4.Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Original Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

5.Damaged or Defective Items

6.Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
Custom printed or personalized items.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
